Lisa Winters works in the Denver office of Wakely Consulting Group, LLC, an HMA Company. Lisa joined Wakely in 2019. Most of her experience has been in pricing for the Medicare and ACA markets. She has been the lead analyst for ACA rate filings in both the Individual and Small Group markets. Lisa also has experience in ACA-related analyses, including expanding subsidies and adjusting state rating area lines. Additionally, she has calculated and received accreditation in health plan quality measures following the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) technical specifications and analyzed the potential for plans to improve their measures. Lisa has technical skills with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, R, SQL, and PowerBI.
