Tom Garrity, ASA, MAAA is a Senior Consulting Actuary with extensive experience managing a full spectrum of actuarial services for insurance TPAs, carriers, and reinsurance partners. His primary background is in the commercial market with recent experience on Medicaid managed care rate setting. Since joining Wakely in January of 2017, he has worked primarily on support of Medicaid rate setting for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
