Dual-eligible Special Needs Medicare Advantage plans (D-SNPs) have been a popular, growing trend in the Medicare Advantage (MA) marketplace over the past several years. D-SNPs are MA plans that are geared to meet the unique needs of beneficiaries that are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
