Jackson Hall has over ten years of experience as a healthcare consulting actuary. He works with health plans and providers participating in Medicare and Medicare Advantage. He certifies Medicare Advantage and Part D bids and analyzes Medicare Advantage risk accrual estimates, Part D reconciliation estimates, incurred but not reported estimates, financial forecasting, projections for self-funded medical programs, retiree drug subsidy applications and reconciliations, Medicare Advantage COA applications, and creditable coverage determinations. He supports risk-bearing providers in their forecasting, contracting, and benchmarking efforts. He also supports several accountable care organizations participating in various Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CCMI) programs.
Jackson earned his bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Florida State University. He is an associate in the Society of Actuaries and a member of American Academy of Actuaries.
