Marshall Bell has experience working on several different Medicare Advantage bid teams assisting in monthly reporting efforts for Medicare clients and working with risk sharing provider groups. He has technical and programming skills in Excel and SQL.
Marshall assisted in the development of Medicare Advantage and Part D Medicare bids from data analysis to developing the bid to answering questions in desk review. He is knowledgeable of the Wakely claim bucketing process and completing plan benefit packages. His experience extends to Medicare Risk Adjustment as he prepared risk accrual estimates for various health plans and risk sharing provider groups.
Marshall worked with providers in risk sharing arrangements to analyze contracts, reconcile experience, and understand population health metrics. He is experienced in assessing feasibility of new products for new and existing Medicare Advantage plans.
Marshall earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and actuarial science from Florida State University.
