Rachel Stewart

Rachel Stewart, ASA, MAAA, works in the Tampa office of Wakely Consulting Group, LLC. Rachel joined Wakely in 2014. She provides assistance to a variety of managed care entities, including insurance companies, self-funded groups, and risk taking healthcare providers on actuarial and financial issues. Her areas of specialization include Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan Bid process, Part C revenue projections, Part D cash flows, Employer Group Waiver Plans pricing and strategy, Retiree Drug Subsidy attestations and reconciliations, claim liability analysis and monthly reserves, and provider risk sharing arrangements. Rachel has been in the health actuarial field since 2013. She has experience working on small group and self-funded rate approvals.
