He is a subject matter expert in successful planning, contract negotiations, implementation and growth of Government products as well as developing joint-venture economic models. Sion is the co-architect of Wakely Analytics Health Operations Optimization (WAHOO) program that positions payers and providers to be successful with managing risk.
