In February 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will start giving Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (REACH) ACOs shadow bundle reporting on 29 inpatient, three outpatient, and two multi-setting episodes based on a modified version of the Bundled Payment for Care Improvements (BPCI) Advanced program.
